Weapons - Weapon mods add new weapons/items or make certain weapons/items playable in either multiplayer or single player.

Maps - Map mods modify current maps to include new objects or textures. These map mods are multiplayer only.

Missions - Mission mods create totally new mission for you to play. Mission mods usually have a new story, background, pics, and a unique map.

Skins - Skin mods create a new look for your troopers by replacing the character model's textures.

Sounds - Sound mods add new sounds to RS, either realistic or stupid.

Hacks - Hacks change aspects of Rogue Spear which would otherwise you wouldn't be able to change

Miscellaneous - Mods that don't fit into any other categories.

Utilities - Utilities that that help you with Rogue Spear editing or make your Rogue Spear experience easier.
